Corporate Sailing Events

Our Corporate Sailing Events are designed and led by Iñaki Castañer, benefiting from the expertise of a longstanding professional career in high level competition and successful entrepreneurship.

The target of this activity is set on promoting key aspects within a company like MOTIVATION, INTEGRATION and LOYALTY, through a novel and bonding experience, whilst rewarding individual and team efforts and stimulating the focus of a common aim.

Welcome reception (light snack) and instructional session
Team selection and position assignments
Team Sailing: 2-3 Regattas of approx 45min each

Paddle Surf & Rafting

This is a novel activity on the Costa del Sol! An exciting combination of raft building and team racing adding XL paddle surf boards to the challenge…

Between all participants a raft has to be designed and built with the use of barrels,ropes, wooden boards, scissors etc.. The raft not only has to look good but it must be fast and sturdy. Next the Paddle Surf Boards must be made ready for the competition and the race begins. Each team aims to proof that their raft, board and themselves are the best!

- Beach base setup of two tents (3x3m), tables, soundsystem, generator, etc

Kayak Routes

The participants of this activity will split into two teams to compete in an incredible environment of nature and peace.

This activity can be done on different rivers along the Coast, like Rio de Guadiaro o Rio Palmones, depending on the water level at the time of the activity. Here the participants will not only enjoy the setting, but have to count each other to salvage obstacles on the route

Canyoning & Riverbed Descend

This exciting activity on the Rio Guadalmina offers the perfect initiation environment for canyoning in a stunning natural setting.

There are few places on the Costa Del Sol that will surprise you as much! Only 15 minutes from Marbella on the road to Benahavis there is very aquatic canyon, where you can apply all the techniques to follow the river bed, swim through the narrow passes, jump obstacles and do a descend. Swimming through a cave and indulging in natural pools will make you discover a true gem on the Costa Del Sol. We can’t think of a better way to enjoy the day.
